Job Description

We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Associates to support high-volume electronic assembly operations. This role is integral to the Assembly Department and focuses heavily on hands-on soldering and cable assembly for established production lines. Due to increased production demand and aggressive ramp-up timelines, this position requires candidates who can contribute quickly with minimal training.

Responsibilities

+ Perform hands-on soldering and cable assembly for electronic components.

+ Contribute to high-volume production lines with efficiency and precision.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electronic assembly processes.

+ Utilize test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and voltmeters, for electronics testing and calibration.

+ Work independently on the production line with minimal supervision.

+ Ensure high reliability and attendance to meet production deadlines.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in electronics and hands-on soldering (through-hole).

+ J-STD soldering certification.

+ Previous experience in high-volume or regulated manufacturing environments.

+ Ability to ramp quickly with limited training and testing time.

+ Troubleshooting and electronics debugging skills.

+ Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

+ High level of reliability, attendance, and long-term commitment.

+ U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status required.

Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite in Pottstown, PA. The role requires working in a high-demand production environment, where precision and efficiency are crucial. Candidates are expected to adhere to a professional dress code suitable for a manufacturing setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pottstown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
