Quaint, 41-bed facility nestled on eight acres outside of Pottstown city limits. Kadima at Pottstown is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing services to our residents. We would love to have you on our dynamic, family-centered team.
SIGN ON BONUS: FT $5000; RATE OF PAY UP TO $36/HR
Shifts available: 7p-7a
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compassionate care environment
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing
- Ability to work 7p-7a shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to resident-centered care
