Join our compassionate team at Pottstown Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a facility trusted by family and staff. We offer a $1000 Sign on Bonus. Full time and Part time LPN positions are available. As an LPN at Genesis Health Care, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as the physician’s treatment plan.
• Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC).
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

• A graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
• Currently licensed by PA State Board of Nursing
• Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and effective communication
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once

• Top hourly rate $31-$35 per hour based on position, experience and shift
