Provide services ordered by the physician in the plan of care within the scope of practice per state law;
Read and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration);
Ambulation, transfer and positioning with wheelchairs and other non-life support medical equipment and devices;
Prepare meals according to dietary and nutritional needs;
Maintain and coordinate all required documentation and report significant changes in patients condition to the RN
