As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training programs to drive quality patient care and staff development. With a focus on collaboration and leadership, you will work closely with our nursing team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement change initiatives that enhance our patient-centric approach.

• Oversee the daily operations of our nursing departments, including staffing, scheduling, and quality improvement initiatives
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality patient care
• Foster a culture of excellence and accountability among nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement change initiatives that enhance our patient-centric approach
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring seamless transitions and outcomes-oriented care
