The Eastwood Company is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to work with the Store Manager in leading the Pottstown Retail Store team to achieve results.

• With the Store Manager, lead and support the Retail Store team to achieve results
• Maintain integrity of computer systems
• Protect the retail team and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store and company by complying with legal requirements

• Experience leading and coaching others
• Auto restoration experience or willingness to learn
• Comfortable working with computers and systems

• Schedule will be within 7am-7pm weekdays and 8am-6pm on weekends
