- Up to $36.70/hour - - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in developing and executing store strategies and operational excellence;
Lead merchandising team to execute visual standards and ensure timely product presentation;
Train and develop associates on LS&CO culture, service practices, loss prevention, and store policies;
Manage payroll, cash handling, and inventory control to ensure accountability;
Open and close procedures including counting funds, deposits, and securing the facility; lead in the Store Manager's absence
