Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you are the face of the brand, creating standout experiences, driving sales, and keeping the store looking sharp. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with teammates to provide exceptional customer service.

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest appropriate apparel and footwear to each customer.
• Share product knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store.
• Work both front and back of store as needed, including point‑of‑sale and payment processes.
• Deliver customer omni‑channel requests through the digital experience.
• Demonstrate collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about the Rewards program.
• Maintain self‑development while seizing growth opportunities to increase performance.
• Fulfill scheduled working hours in accordance with Under Armour’s attendance policy.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as computers, hand‑held, and mobile devices.

$15.00 - $18.59 per hour.
