The Cashier plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience at Coach, ensuring efficient, friendly service at the cashwrap while maintaining operational accuracy and supporting team development.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greet customers warmly, and create a lasting impression.
- Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program, promote add‑on sales and gift cards.
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end‑of‑shift audits with management.
- Keep the cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
- Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
- 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred; education and experience may be combined.
- Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high‑traffic retail days (including public holidays).
Compensation and BenefitsBase Pay Range: $15.00 – $19.50 per hour.
