PT Sales Associate

Responsibilities

Deliver transformational client experience, build and maintain customer relationships, and drive sales. Create the customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge, communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle, ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed, and support loss prevention.

• 1–3 years’ experience in a high volume, customer‑driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift at least 40lbs and perform tasks such as carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnight, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Resourceful, collaborative, and a team player with visual and operational savvy.
• Commitment to loss prevention and a sense of humor is a plus.

Hourly rate: $15.00 – $17.00

USD, based on relevant experience and work location.
