Support Supervisor

Responsibilities

As the Support Supervisor, you lead by example, managing conflict and identifying opportunities to support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience. Your daily duties include acting as greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones, executing operational policies, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and smooth store operations.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment.
• Stock‑related experience is a plus.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform a range of physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for prolonged periods.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

USD $17.00–$21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and working location.
