YOUR ROLE:
As the full-time Associate Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "+go-to" in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high-performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience. Through your leadership, your team meets sales goals, maintains merchandising brand standards, and delivers operational excellence.

You love AE and Aerie products, have led teams in a retail management role, can multi-task with strong attention to detail, understand employment law, have business acumen, and possess flexible availability to work when guests shop.
Responsibilities- You drive sales as a Leader on Duty (LOD) by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience. You contribute to the store’s financial success by analyzing reporting and daily trends to make strategic decisions. You assist the Store Team Leader in developing short- and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs.
- You are a people leader who motivates and inspires the team through company values. You model customer service standards and hold the team accountable on the Sales floor and in the fitting room.
- You recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs. You train and develop the team to deliver outstanding service.
- You promote teamwork by providing ongoing performance feedback, real-time coaching, and regular development plans. You drive associate engagement by recognizing high performance.
- You are an operational innovator who executes and improves daily procedures, maintains visual standards across the store, and ensures the fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with brand standards.
- You maintain store safety, comply with Asset Protection standards, adhere to company policies and procedures, and do the right thing.
- Experience leading teams in retail management or similar roles.
- Ability to multi-task, strong priority-setting and time management skills.
- Proven ability to lead, develop teams, and understanding of employment law.
- Business acumen and flexibility in availability to meet guest needs.

Pay and Benefits Information- Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience and location.
