Job Overview

Vision associates support customers in the eye care center by verifying prescription information, assisting with purchasing decisions, and completing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.

Hourly Wage: $19.5 - $27.5 per hour
Eligibility: The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
