Title:
Seasonal Part Time Crew Mate (Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate)

Responsible for assisting the management team (Captain, First Mates, and Second Mates) in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and makes service a top priority.
Functions & Responsibilities- Generate Sales
- Responsible for meeting their goals/measures
- Develop and maintain relationships with top customers
- Supports in-store event sourcing and execution
- Ensure the store reflects Shep & Ian’s vision of “Every Day Should Feel This Good” to our customers through “Hosting the Party”
- Lead the store in email capture and educating new associates on best practices
- Ensure the customer wish list is always current with customers being notified when product arrives
- Assist with training new associates
- Help foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging and energetic crew and customer environment
- Help in recruiting and referring top talent for the store’s teams
- Support store and team-building activities with the management team
- Maintain efficient merchandise controls
- Maintain loss prevention awareness at all times
- Help maintain a clean and tidy store environment
- Help to maintain merchandising as it pertains to company standards, current compass (floorset), and brand initiatives
- Contribute to weekly product feedback
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
