As the full-time Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader’s "go-to" for developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high‑performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience. Through your leadership, your team always nails their sales goals, rocks merchandising brand standards, and delivers operational excellence.

- Drive sales as a key Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting‑room and sales‑floor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class guest experience. Contribute to the overall financial success of the store by analyzing reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions. Work with the Store Team Leader to develop short and long‑term business plans to drive key KPIs.
- Motivate and inspire your team through AEO’s core values. Model accountability for AEO customer‑service standards, especially on the sales‑floor and in the fitting room.
- Recruit, hire, and maintain a strong team to meet business needs. Prioritize training and development so team members can consistently deliver outstanding service.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching, team touch‑bases, development plans, and performance reviews. Celebrate outstanding performance to drive associate engagement.
- Execute and innovate daily operational procedures; support the team in maintaining visual standards throughout every zone in the store. Ensure fitting rooms are always guest‑ready and meet AEO brand standards.
- Maintain store safety, asset‑protection, and policy compliance. Do the right thing and uphold AEO core values in every decision.
