Manage all beer and wine sales and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards;
Maintain an acceptable level of inventory to maximize sales and control out of date product by proper ordering with vendors and automated system;
Provide training to new and existing employees to ensure PLCB compliance and product knowledge;
Establish employee schedules to ensure proper department coverage and excellent service levels;
Coordinate with beverage vendors on displays and seasonal products and maintain vendor relationships
