WhatYou'll Do
In this role, you'll meet directly with homeowners to design comfort solutions that fit their needs and budget. You're not cold calling - you'll work with qualified customers who are already looking for answers.
- Conduct in-home consultations with residential clients
- Assess current HVAC systems and identify comfort issues
- Recommend tailored system upgrades, pricing, and financing options
- Guide customers through decisions with a professional, no-pressure approach
- Close deals on-site and consistently hit or exceed sales targets
- Coordinate with install and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Keep accurate records using company tools
- Uncapped earning potential - your performance directly drives your income
- Target income starting at $140K+ annually (base + commission)

- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
- Comfortable working in residential environments (attics, basements, crawl spaces, etc.)
- Basic computer skills (experience with Service Titan is a bonus)
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
