Base Salary $65K to $75K Negotiable
Total OTE $80K to $85K
- Significant growth potential into senior sales or leadership roles
- Exposure to engineered products and technical solutions
- Work with a diverse customer base across multiple industries
- Hands-on role with real impact from day one
- Facilitate additional sales of engineered products to a technical customer base
- Handle incoming sales and quote requests
- Follow up on inbound leads and determine suitable applications
- Manage projects from initial inquiry through customer fulfillment
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Local candidate with internship or work experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
- Plumbing and HVAC industry experience is a plus
- General knowledge of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, and fittings or ability to learn quickly
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and mechanical piping systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and desire to contribute to growth
- Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or similar customer-facing role
- Strong analytical and logic-based problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Mid-level or leadership experience is a plus
