• Model and coach the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer's needs, consistent with Levi's® service approach.
• Promote Levi's® omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind; partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
• Efficiently handle all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards; perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
• Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs; follow directives of store management.

• Fashion savvy and interested in current trends.
• Enjoy being busy and juggling multiple tasks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age 16.

The pay range is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements or $13.45–$22.45 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
