Inside Sales Representative - Pottstown

Position: Inside Sales Representative – Pottstown

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM; alternate Saturdays 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

• Assist customers by taking orders and accommodating special orders in person and over the phone.
• Ensure customer order accuracy by working closely with purchasing to verify order specifications before finalizing the order with the vendor.
• Enter orders into the computer system.
• Build customer rapport and provide value‑added solutions/products.
• Take accurate measurements for installation of products such as doors, window casings, and baseboards.
• Creatively solve problems to achieve sales and customer objectives.
• Assist customers in loading product into their vehicle.
• Maintain knowledge of products available and present a neat and professional image.
• Assist in keeping the facility secure.
• Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
• Assist with seasonal snow removal.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and work outside in all weather conditions.
• Must be punctual and reliable with a strong attendance record.

• Minimum 1 year of inside selling (non‑cashier) experience.
• Lumber/Industry experience highly preferred.
• High school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license.
