Compensation: Base salary + commission |
Target annual earnings: $140,000+

Schedule: Flexible, with occasional evenings and Saturdays

Area of service: Montgomery, Chester, Bucks & Berks Counties, PA

New Age Air is a second-generation, family-owned HVAC company serving local homeowners and businesses for more than 20 years. We're looking for a motivated Home Comfort Advisor to help customers choose the right heating and cooling solutions for their homes.

This is a consultative, relationship-focused sales role-not high-pressure selling.

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for in-home consultations
• Evaluate HVAC systems and identify comfort needs
• Present replacement options, pricing, and financing
• Build trust and recommend the best solution for each customer
• Close sales and achieve performance goals
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Coordinate with installation and service teams

• Proven outside sales experience
• In-home sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Professional, customer-first approach
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Basic computer skills;
  Service Titan experience is a plus
• HVAC knowledge is helpful but not required
• Ability to access basements, attics, and crawl spaces, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds
