What You'll DoAs a Security Officer, you'll play an important role in maintaining a safe and secure environment by:
- Maintaining a professional and visible security presence
- Conducting routine foot and mobile patrols
- Monitoring access points, alarms, and property conditions
- Identifying and responding to safety concerns and incidents
- Completing activity and incident reports using Belfry
- Following post orders and site procedures
- Communicating effectively with supervisors, clients, and fellow officers
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to pass a background check
Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required. We welcome motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow.
Pay & Benefits- $18.50 per hour
- +$0.25/hour Military & Active-Duty Differential
