$22.00-$27.00 per hour, depending on experience

Full-Time | Pottstown, PA

Monday-Friday | 40+ hours per week | Occasional overtime

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Completion of an accredited HVAC trade school program
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• At least a year of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or similar trade
• Ability to lift 80+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments

• Assist technicians with residential HVAC installations and service calls
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
• Help maintain organized and safe work areas
• Learn to work in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders
• Support senior technicians while developing technical skills
• Deliver professional service to customers
