The Eastwood Company is looking for a versatile Facilities & Maintenance Technician to support building operations, equipment maintenance, safety inspections, and general facility needs. This role requires strong technical skills, reliability, and the ability to manage diverse tasks across the facility and grounds.

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities & Maintenance Technician to support the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of our building systems and equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, etc.)
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility-related emergencies
Maintain and repair tools, equipment, doors, locks, fixtures, and furniture
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
Support facility improvement projects and general upkeep tasks (painting, minor carpentry, etc.)
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
2+ years of facilities or maintenance experience
Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Valid driver's license (if required)
EPA certification (for HVAC work)
Experience with building management systems (BMS)
Basic computer skills for work order systems
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
May require occasional evenings or weekends
On-call availability may be required
Work performed indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
