Otterly Baths is building a trusted bench of skilled shower installers for flex/on-call work. This is not a full-time pipeline, but a chance to join a short list and be the first called when work arises.
Typical projects are 1–2 days in residential homes, with pay per project based on scope and complexity. We look for 3+ years installing acrylic or solid-surface shower systems, strong carpentry, plumbing, and drywall skills, and a professional demeanor with homeowners.
