Location: Pottstown, PA

Compensation: Up to $40/hour + performance bonuses

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 40+ Hours per Week | Overtime Available

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll help homeowners maintain comfort and efficiency by diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting HVAC system issues
• Performing maintenance and repairs
• Identifying solutions that best meet customer needs
• Verifying safe and efficient system operation
• Maintaining a professional and customer‑focused approach
• Accurately documenting service work and recommendations

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• HVAC trade school education or equivalent training
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to read wiring schematics and technical documents
• Knowledge of repair and replacement recommendations
• Experience with basic sheet metal fabrication and installation
• Understanding of airflow, duct systems, and balancing principles
• NATE Certification is a plus
