Schedule:

40+ hours weekly | Four 10-Hour Shifts Per Week | Regular Three-Day Weekends!

As a Residential HVAC Installer, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality comfort solutions for homeowners. You'll work alongside a skilled team to complete installations safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.

• Install residential HVAC systems and related equipment
• Complete installations with attention to quality and detail
• Verify proper system operation and performance
• Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices
• Support and mentor less experienced installers
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA Universal certification
• Strong understanding of residential duct systems and equipment sizing
• Experience with furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and refrigerant systems
• Knowledge of residential building codes and installation standards
• Familiarity with low-voltage controls and system commissioning
• Ability to train and guide junior team members
• NATE Installation Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within one year)
