• Build completed work trucks according to work instructions and prints.
• Safely mount and connect mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Assemble truck body parts and equipment by bolting, cutting, welding, drilling and other techniques for mounting and building equipment.
• Work from blueprints and written specifications to meet customer specifications.
• Understand electrical schematics and 12V circuits.
• Inform and communicate suggestions and errors to relevant departments for continuous improvement of the installation process.
• Responsible for testing installed parts prior to final inspection.
• Responsible for verifying that all line items have been completed on the work order.
• Perform safety and quality checks.
• Keep the shop area neat and clean.
• Maintain and be accountable for all tools and manuals, returning them to the proper place and in the same condition as received.
• Understand, keep abreast of and comply with federal, state and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
• Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
• Report any safety issues immediately to management.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Valid Driver’s License
• Successful completion of background checks and drug screening
