Company Description Victory Fire Protection, an industry leader providing fire sprinkler systems for both commercial and residential properties in and around southeastern Pennsylvania, is seeking experienced, proactive, self‑staters to join our Service & Inspections Division.
Qualified candidate must possess a positive attitude, have strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to multitask. He/she must also be a quick learner who can work both independently and as a team member.
Role Description
- Represent Victory Fire Protection on job sites
- Diagnose/troubleshoot issues
- Order parts and complete installation to applicable standard
- Maintain detailed documentation for work performed
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
- Work nights or weekends on rotating basis for emergency service calls
- Assure company vehicle is in working order and stocked w/ supplies/tools
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Service experience, backflow testing, and rebuild certification a plus
- NICET I and II Inspections Testing and Maintenance a plus
- Knowledge of NFPA 25, 13D, 13R, 13
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints
- Must understand fire sprinkler codes, technical data, and installation instructions
- Capable of servicing Wet, Dry, Pre-action, and Deluge Systems, Electric/Diesel Fire Pumps
- Proficient with mobile technology (Smartphone/Tablet/Email/Texting)
- Capable of performing physical duties - oftentimes in unusual/difficult position
- Ability to work in elevated positions on a ladder/scaffold/lift
- Able to work in excess of 40 hours per week
- Willing to commute/travel 50-75 mile radius of headquarters
- Able to produce a valid Driver’s License and has clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen/background check
