Residential HVAC Service Technician
Location: Pottstown, PA
Compensation: Up to $40/hour + performance bonuses
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 40+ Hours per Week | Overtime Available

- Performing maintenance and repairs

- Verifying safe and efficient system operation
- Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach
- Accurately documenting service work and recommendations
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- HVAC trade school education or equivalent training
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to read wiring schematics and technical documents
- Knowledge of repair and replacement recommendations
- Experience with basic sheet metal fabrication and installation
- Understanding of airflow, duct systems, and balancing principles
- NATE Certification is a plus
