Residential HVAC Installer
Location: Pottstown, PA
Pay Range: Up to $40/hour + Bonuses! Top performers earn $100,000+ annually.
Schedule: Full-Time | Four 10-Hour Shifts Per Week |
Regular Three-Day Weekends!

- Complete installations with attention to quality and detail
- Verify proper system operation and performance
- Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices
- Support and mentor less experienced installers
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
- EPA Universal certification
- Strong understanding of residential duct systems and equipment sizing
- Experience with furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and refrigerant systems
- Knowledge of residential building codes and installation standards
- Familiarity with low-voltage controls and system commissioning
- Ability to train and guide junior team members
- NATE Installation Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within one year)
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
