Social Worker in Pottstown, PA

Youll have the option to work with kindergarten through fourth grade or fifth through eighth grade, each with manageable caseloads of 2535 students located across one campus (K-4: 2 buildings, 5-8: 1 building).

Leverage your expertise to deliver critical school-based mental health services, working closely with students, families, and educational staff. Daily schedules align with school hoursK-4 runs from approximately 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., while 5-8 spans from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

• Active Pennsylvania LSW, LCSW, or LPC is required
• Experience working in K-12 or youth-focused environments strongly preferred
• Strong skills in conducting risk and threat assessments as well as developing safety plans
• Ability to maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Commitment to best practices in school-based social work and collaborating in a multidisciplinary team
• Flexible interview scheduling is available

• Provide direct mental health support and social-emotional interventions for students as prescribed in their IEPs
• Conduct risk and threat assessments, developing individualized safety plans as needed
• Accurately document and maintain clinical records in compliance with state and district guidelines
