• Strictly adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
• Accurately filing documentation and charts daily.
• Creating charts for new clients.
• Assembling packets for new client intakes.
• Assist with requests for copies of charts when requested by the supervisory team.
• Photocopying blank forms and consents for opening packets.
• Pulling terminated charts and filing in the closed file room.
• Shifting yearly charts in the closed file room and moving into appropriate area.
• Shredding and shifting inactive charts.
• Coverage for the reception desk. Including but not limited to assisting clients at the reception window and transferring phone calls to the appropriate parties.
• Scan consents and documents in multiple databases.
• Performs other work-related tasks as requested.

• High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Minimum 1 year office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with electronic medical records and multiple databases.
• Knowledge of answering a multiline phone system.
• Able to lift and move boxes of files.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
