Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking highly motivated Automotive Tire Technicians to join our team Mavis today at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Poughkeepsie, NY area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Mavis offers eligible Automotive Tire Technicians guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800.

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you're the backbone of our business. You'll enjoy competitive base compensation plus significant weekly bonus payments. The starting base rate of pay is negotiable.

• No experience is needed! We will teach you everything through paid training. Eligible technicians receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, totaling up to $800.
• Automotive Tire Technicians install new tires and wheels and perform tire services—like rotations, balancing, and flat repairs—to keep customers’ vehicles operating safely.
• You will receive weekly bonus payments tied to every service you perform on top of your guaranteed hourly rate.
