Regular Full-Time. Poughkeepsie, NY, US
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (dependent on relevant experience)
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and interpret data on the five key elements of Condition Monitoring: SOS Data, Equipment Data, Machine Inspections, Site Analysis, and Life Cycle Tracking.
- Extract, collect, and aggregate available data from business systems to support condition monitoring.
- Filter and prioritize alerts, perform exception-based analysis, and correlate data to generate actionable customer information.
- Contact customers immediately if any data indicates a critical need to stop a machine.
- Prepare written reports and recommendations, communicating findings to both customers and internal teams.
- Build collaborative relationships with other condition monitoring personnel and customer-facing individuals.
- Generate leads in CRM systems based on repair recommendations and manage the condition monitoring-generated sales funnel from lead to closure.
- Contribute to the growth of our EMSolutions business by promoting offerings and engaging in training events.
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in the earthmoving or related technical industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand the basic dynamics of equipment operation and design.
- Strong ability to extract and analyze data from multiple business systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal skills.
- Working knowledge of equipment condition monitoring principles such as SOS, operational data, machine inspections, and maintenance history (a plus).
- Ability to travel to attend events as needed.
- Standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
- Hand coordination (typing and writing).
- Occasional forward bending and reaching.
- Occasional walking and climbing stairs.
- Carrying up to 20 lbs.
