Compliance Associate Responsibilities:- Support company compliance programs, policies, and internal procedures
- Review documentation and business practices to ensure adherence to regulations and company standards
- Assist with internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments
- Monitor regulatory updates and communicate relevant changes to stakeholders
- Maintain organized compliance records, reports, and tracking systems
- Assist in researching and resolving compliance-related issues
- Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for leadership
- Support employee training and compliance awareness efforts
- Work with multiple departments to implement corrective actions and process improvements
- Assist with requests from auditors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams
- Participate in special projects and other administrative initiatives as needed
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Legal Studies, Public Administration, or a related field
- Internship experience or 1-3 years of experience in compliance, auditing, administrative support, finance, HR, legal support, or risk management is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
