Your role and responsibilities
As an IBM Product Manager, you'll help shape innovative products that solve complex business and technology challenges. Working with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, sales, and marketing, you'll drive product strategy, market analysis, roadmap planning, and go-to-market initiatives that deliver value for clients and accelerate business growth.
In this role you will join IBM Infrastructure's Growth & Innovation team and play a key role in bringing new ideas to market. We're looking for analytical, adaptable, and customer-focused professionals who are passionate about technology, thrive in collaborative environments, and can translate insights into actionable business outcomes.

You'll help define product direction, influence strategic decisions, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that address evolving market needs. Minimally, the incumbent will possess:
- · Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- · Interest in product or offering management, digital transformation, or enterprise IT services
- · Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- · Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional, global teams
- · Familiarity with hybrid cloud, AI, or infrastructure technologies is a plus
- · Ability to drive relentlessly towards a business target
- · Must be a self‑starter with an excellent ability to work independently
Preferred technical and professional experience
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in:
Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology, Data Sciences or related majors.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in learning new technologies as well as have experience with:
- • Financial modeling, business case development, or pricing strategy
- • Engaging with enterprise clients or managed services environments
- • Familiarity with AI, Security and Automation concepts and technologies
- • Basic understanding of market dynamics, business models, and competitive analysis
