Duties- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Perform foundational tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and installing fixtures
- Follow safety protocols rigorously to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
- Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople in their daily tasks
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues needing attention
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to promote efficiency and safety
- Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is preferred; on-the-job training will be provided
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
- Clear understanding of construction safety standards and practices is a plus
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements
- Valid driver’s license
