Superintendent – Heavy Civil | Dutchess County | Up to $200,000
A leading Heavy Civil contractor is looking to hire a Superintendent to join their growing Heavy Civil team in Dutchess County due to a strong pipeline of Heavy Civil construction projects across the region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent with Heavy Civil experience to work on roadway, bridge, utility, sitework, and Heavy Civil construction projects throughout New York.
Responsibilities- Managing day-to-day operations on Heavy Civil projects
- Coordinating subcontractors, field crews, and Heavy Civil site activities
- Running schedules, look-ahead meetings, and safety meetings
- Maintaining quality control and production across Heavy Civil projects
- Working closely with Project Managers and leadership teams
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent within Heavy Civil
- Experience delivering Heavy Civil roadway, bridge, utility, or DOT projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage schedules and field operations on Heavy Civil projects
- Up to $200,000 base salary
- Strong pipeline of Heavy Civil projects
- Long-term progression opportunities
- Stable and well-respected Heavy Civil contractor
