You will serve as a premier field leader, driving complex construction projects successfully from initial sitework through to final turnover. This role gives you complete autonomy to manage large‑scale operations while directly mentoring the next generation of leadership. You will represent an advanced field force on high‑profile regional projects within a highly supportive, safety‑conscious corporate culture.

• Direct all day‑to‑day onsite field operations to guarantee projects finish safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Formulate and manage comprehensive project schedules while coordinating complex labor and material procurement.
• Enforce strict corporate safety protocols and maintain clean compliance records across your designated job site.
• Execute rigorous quality inspections daily to uphold the highest standards of professional workmanship.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with project management teams, external clients, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior field team members to actively build the next generation of company leadership.
• Resolve real‑time structural and logistical challenges calmly to keep field operations moving forward efficiently.

• Proven background reading and interpreting complex architectural drawings, structural blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of diverse construction processes, material handling, and structural sequencing methods.
• Valid OSHA 30 certification alongside verified scaffolding safety and SWPPP management training credentials.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously under high‑pressure project deadlines.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal capabilities necessary to manage large, diverse trade crews successfully.

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of dedicated supervisory experience overseeing commercial or residential builds.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience managing complex sitework, federal projects, or public works infrastructure installations.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
