Safe T Professionals is growing, and we’re looking for experienced safety professionals who are ready to make an impact on active construction projects.

If you’re passionate about jobsite safety, leadership, and building strong safety cultures, we’d love to connect with you.

You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day safety operations on construction sites, ensuring crews are working safely, compliantly, and efficiently.

You’ll lead site-wide safety initiatives, oversee safety operations, mentor teams, and help drive a proactive safety culture across large-scale projects.

• Implement and enforce construction safety programs
• Conduct daily site inspections and audits
• Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Ensure OSHA and site compliance standards are met
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
• Identify hazards and support risk mitigation efforts

Field Safety Professional

• 3-5 years of construction safety experience
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations
• Ability to work independently and proactively

• 5+ years of safety leadership experience
• Experience leading safety teams on active projects
