Are you a skilled field person with a strong background in construction? Arris Contracting, a premier non-residential construction management and planning company, is seeking experienced Field Superintendents and Assistant Field Superintendents to join our dynamic team.

At Arris, we specialize in delivering high-quality projects, blending innovative planning with expert execution to exceed client expectations. In these roles, you will oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety on-site.

• Manage and supervise daily field operations to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain smooth workflow
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to address challenges and maintain progress
• Assist in problem-solving and decision-making to keep projects on track

• In-depth knowledge of construction principles, techniques, procedures and best practices.
• Ability to read architectural plans and specifications, estimates, budgets and scope of work.
• Skilled in the use of computer software including Bluebeam, Sage Project Center, Microsoft Office, I-Pad.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present information in oral, written and graphic form.
• Must be able to collaborate with Owner’s Consultants and effectively direct Prime Contractors.
• Demonstrate skills in organizing and evaluating information and in proactively finding solutions for construction projects.
• Ability to constructively participate in negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Must be able to identify changes in scope and manage change order work.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently without immediate supervision and as part of a team in order to perform multiple assignments while meeting critical deadlines.
• Ability to maintain a positive, professional work environment.

Ability to work in a variety of environments, including office settings and construction sites. Travel to the project construction site on a regular basis is required. Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as project demands require.

Expected Salary: $60,000 - $140,000
