As a Client Experience Associate
, you are the first and last impression for our guests. You will play a vital role in creating memorable stays through your friendly demeanor and excellent service. Your primary responsibilities will include managing check‑ins, check‑outs, front desk operations, sales, and all guest interactions. - Greet and welcome every guest in a unique and personable manner upon arrival.
- Book and manage hotel reservations with accuracy.
- Register guests upon arrival, verifying reservations and securing payment information.
- Handle phone calls professionally, directing them as appropriate and taking accurate guest messages.
- Promote our brand loyalty program, ensuring recognition and benefits for all members.
- Anticipate guests' needs, responding in a timely and friendly manner.
- Assist in resolving any guest complaints regarding service or accommodations, either independently or by escalating issues as needed.
- Manage cash drawer contents and transactions during your shift.
- Maintain accurate records, including cash flows and registration information.
- Process all market and retail transactions for guests.
- Assist with mail and electronic communications, providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Maintain and restock market inventory as needed.
- Handle confidential guest information with the utmost integrity.
- High School Graduate or GED required.
- Experience with front desk operations, guest services, and hotel services preferred.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus for enhancing communication.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with hotel operating systems is a plus.
- Able to handle customer service challenges with tact and empathy.
- Basic mathematical skills required for cash handling.
- Show genuine care and respect for both guests and team members.
- Comfortable interacting with individuals from various backgrounds.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
