• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with policy information, claims processing, and coverage questions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Insurance license is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
