This role involves teaching courses in the Games & Emerging Media program each semester while maintaining a high level of professional engagement through research and service. The Assistant Professor will specifically prepare teaching outlines detailing the course of study, assign lessons, grade homework and classroom papers, administer tests to assess students  progress, and issue reports to inform students and college administration about the quality of educational achievements attained.

Master s in Game Design or a related field.

The programs of the Department of Art and Digital Media give students the opportunity to develop as artists, designers, digital media creators, programmers, and scholars in facilities that support both traditional media and the latest developments in new media including games and emerging media. The Games & Emerging Media program is shared between the School of Communication and the Arts and the Computer Science and Mathematics schools, but is housed in the Department of Art and Digital Media.

The Games & Emerging Media program has been in the Princeton Review Top 50 Undergraduate Games Programs since it began in 2016.
