About the Role:
Join The Learning Experience #433 in Poughkeepsie, NY, as an Experienced Infant Teacher! We are dedicated to nurturing young minds and creating a warm, engaging environment for infants to thrive.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement age-appropriate activities for infants.
* Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
* Conduct regular assessments of children's developmental milestones.
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
* Foster positive relationships with infants and their families.
* Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance educational programs.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years experience working with infants in a childcare setting.
* Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent preferred.
* Strong understanding of early childhood education principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* First Aid and CPR certification required.
* Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Background check clearance required for employment.

Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
