** Faith Christian Academy is seeking a
** dedicated, caring, and Christ-centered First Grade Teacher
** to join our elementary team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children, a passion for teaching, and a desire to help students grow academically, socially, and spiritually.### Responsibilities
* Provide a nurturing, structured, and engaging first-grade classroom environment.
* Plan and teach developmentally appropriate lessons in reading, writing, mathematics, science, social studies, and Bible.
* Use hands-on activities and differentiated instruction to meet individual student needs.
* Establish positive classroom routines and expectations.
* Build meaningful relationships with students and families.
* Assess student progress and communicate academic and behavioral needs appropriately.
* Incorporate Biblical principles and Christian character into daily instruction.
* Participate in chapel, school events, staff meetings, professional development, and other school activities.
* Maintain accurate lesson plans, grades, and classroom records.
* Work collaboratively with administration and other teachers to support student success.### Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field preferred.
* Elementary teaching experience preferred.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Commitment to Christian education and the mission of Faith Christian Academy.
* Ability to work positively and collaboratively as part of a small school community.
* A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a desire to model Christian faith and character for students.###
