• Be familiar with and understand project specifications and design plans.
• Work with engineers and partner with contractors and vendors to provide timely insight and consultation.

• Bid preparation or related experience
• Familiarity with estimation software, like Plan Swift
• Understanding of waterworks systems
• Industry experience preferred
• Estimating experience
