What you'll be doing:

• Managing civil engineering projects from proposal through construction
• Designing stormwater, water distribution, sanitary sewer, and on-site wastewater systems
• Preparing proposals and supporting business development
• Managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships
• Mentoring and supervising engineering staff
• Representing the firm at public presentations and municipal hearings

What you bring:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• Licensed P.E.
• 8+ years in a consulting engineering environment (preferred)
• Strong background in land development & municipal engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and MS Office
• Proven leadership and mentoring ability
