Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineering Manager (Critical Data Center) to join their dynamic team. As an Electrical Engineering Manager (Critical Data Center), you will be part of the Engineering & Facilities Department supporting critical infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance and system reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead and supervise the High Voltage Department team in daily operations and maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of all work orders with zero backlog.
- Oversee vendor preventative maintenance programs and coordinate repairs for electrical equipment including UPS Systems, Generators, Static Transfer Switches, ATSs, and Load Centers.
- Develop maintenance specifications and lead multi-year electrical switch gear maintenance, building shutdown projects, and medium voltage switching operations.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders through regular meetings, providing updates on maintenance activities, project involvement, and action plans.
- Support campus projects by developing detailed scopes of work, reviewing engineering designs, and performing critical electrical studies and analyses.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in medium-high voltage electrical systems.
- 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical distribution systems, UPS systems, generators, and critical environment support equipment.
- Proficiency with CMMS work order management systems, Excel, and Word, along with strong communication skills for technical reporting and client interactions.
